With Lovys you pay for your insurance in one monthly payment. For example, if you take out home insurance, you're charged once a month on the date you first signed up (if you signed up on 10 January, you're charged on the 10th of every month).
If you add new cover (say, on the 14th of the month), your first payment for it is calculated pro rata. That way, your Lovys monthly payment is still taken on the 10th of every month.

You can find all your invoices in your client space, on the Lovys website or in the app. Log in with your username and password: all your policy information is there, and you can download your documents whenever you like, including your insurance certificate.
